Minimum Security Update Periods
We guarantee long-term security support for all our connectable products.
- Security updates available until: 31 December 2028
- Applies to:
→ Hardware capable of receiving updates
→ Preinstalled software
→ Embedded firmware required for product operation
→ All Vaonis-developed software
Important: This support period is publicly declared, free to access, and cannot be reduced. If extended, it will be published immediately with the same visibility.
How to Report a Security Issue
If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability in one of our products, please let us know.

- We will keep you informed until the issue is resolved
No account, registration, or personal data is required to submit a report.

Vaonis issues a Statement of Compliance for each connectable product, certifying that it meets all PSTI security requirements. This document is available on each product’s support page or upon request.
