In order to preserve our employees and partners' health, while ensuring continuity of service to our customers:

  • Vaonis employees will be working remotely and remain mobilized to respond to customer requests and move forward as effectively as usual. Customer service may be reached by email.
  • Assembly operators continue to assemble STELLINA at a rate that does not call into question the availability of products in the short term.
  • The logistics service is continuing uninterrupted service in fulfilling orders, but deliveries may be delayed in view of the changing situation and the decisions taken by our partners to protect their own employees.
    - US orders are shipped from our American warehouse.
    - Orders in Europe and Canada are shipped from our French warehouse. We are not currently able to fulfill orders to Spain.
